Wendi is a singer and guitarist. Her work is known to the Swing Dance world through bands Big Nite Out, Girls from Mars , and Swing City. "Folkies" and western swing fans know her from her work with The Coyotes and Beat's Walkin'. Students who have attended Swing Week at Augusta know her as the Coordinator of this wonderful week long "Swing Camp" held in Elkins, WV each summer.

Wendi is so very proud to have been asked to sing a couple of songs on Rusty Mason's new CD, "Savoy - The Music, The Dance, & The Romance". You're listening to one of the songs right now (They Can't Take That Away, and These Foolish Things). The CD features Rusty on Sax, Robert Redd on piano, Steve Abshire on guitar, Ralph Gordon on bass, and Steve Larrance on drums. Girls from Mars Returning to Phila & Santa Fe Areas in June.
We have gigs in NM on June 18 & 19, 2012 and then will be returning to the Philadelphia area starting Monday, June 25 for a free concert in Hatfield, PA with some private gigs following. The dates for Swing Week at Augusta in 2012 are July 29-Aug 3.
Wendi is the coordinator of this event, and will also be teaching the Swing Vocals class. She has hired a staff of wonderful musicians from all over the country.
